We work quickly to process and ship your order within2 business days. All packages are sent via USPS and typically arrive within3-5 business daysto most states. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way

Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final Due to the handmade nature of our products and strict sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. As waist beads are intimate body jewelry often worn against the skin, we cannot resell them once they have left our facility.

Defects & Damages Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will evaluate the issue so that we can make it right.
