Will they pop if I gain weight or bloat?

No.If your stomach expands, the beads simply roll higher up your waist. They will only pop if you tie them skin-tight without leaving "wiggle room."

Can I shower and swim in them?

Yes!You can wear them 24/7. The durable cotton string dries quickly after a shower, pool, or gym session.

Are they uncomfortable to sleep in?

Not at all.When tied correctly (loose enough to fit two fingers underneath), you won't even feel them. Most women forget they are wearing them!

How do I take them off?

Traditional tie-on beads are semi-permanent. To remove them, simplycut the stringwith scissors. (Note: Once cut, they cannot be re-tied).

Can people see them under my clothes?

They are generally invisible under jeans and standard tops. You might see a faint outline only if you wear very tight, thin fabric.

What size should I order?

Our strands fit waist sizes up to50 inches(approx. US size 22). If you need a longer strand, just leave a note at checkout—we add extra length for free!
