Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all name necklaces are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.
We Will Make It Right If:
• You received the wrong name or spelling (different from what you submitted)
• Your item arrived damaged or broken
• There was a manufacturing defect
In any of these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will remake or replace your item at no charge.
We Are Not Responsible For:
• Spelling errors submitted by the customer at checkout
• Choosing the wrong font, size, or metal color
• Change of mind after the order is placed
• Delayed delivery due to carrier issues
